We are a brand-new state of the art medical clinic looking for a full-time, long term, highly motivated Family or Specialist Physician to join our practice.
Oversized exam rooms/surgical suites are available with access to private charting areas. Two Physician rooms and one private niche for charting are available to each physician.
Locum positions for Walk-in Clinics are also available for MD’s not interested in taking on full-time patients.
Our Clinic uses the Accuro EMR system, provides free parking and on-site laundry for lab coats and scrubs.
We also have a pharmacy located in our facility for your patient’s convenience.
We are a multidisciplinary clinic and look forward to adding onto our current physician team.

Dr. Patenaude opened East St. Paul Medical Center on January 4, 2018. East St. Paul Medical Center is located at 2665 Henderson Hwy on the corner of Henderson Hwy and Southlands Drive in East St. Paul, Manitoba.

You will be able to schedule your appointment in office or via phone or telemedicine. We are happy to offer all options.
Telemedicine Portal
For our telemedicine portal, you simply click on the link below for the respective physician you are scheduled to see around the time of your appointment. You then enter your name and you will be placed into the virtual waiting room and await our team and physician to start the appointment. It’s that easy!
We will also be sending text message and email reminders with the link attached for you to simply click on as well. If you lose this email or text message you can click on the appropriate link below around the time of your appointment to be placed into the virtual waiting room.
DR. AMANDA PATENAUDE
MD, ABIM, ABMS, Internal Medicine SpecialistShe is Board Certificated in Cosmetic and Aesthetic Medicine, the first physician to hold this designation in Manitoba. She is also certified in Phlebectomies and Sclerosing for varicose vein treatment. Providing the latest minimally invasive treatments for skin diseases including cosmetic removals of benign lesions with the most up to date surgical techniques.
As an Internal Medicine Specialist, Dr. Patenaude is an expert in treating and preventing diseases of the internal organs which can manifest and affect the skin, hair, and nails. This expertise provides Dr. Patenaude with a unique perspective in treating common skin concerns such as acne, psoriasis, eczema, and more complex diseases such as subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus. She is proud to bring these specialties to her medical practice in Manitoba.

DR. EMILY SAGANSKI
MD, CCFP, ABOM, Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine SpecialistDr. Emily Saganski graduated from the University of Manitoba where she obtained a Doctor of Medicine Degree through the Max Rady College of Medicine. She pursued a unique family physician training program that brought her to Northern Manitoba and Nunavut. This allowed her to care for a diverse population of patients with complex medical issues. It is her goal to bring this skillset & provide complete medical care to the community.
Each patient will be treated with a personalized approach to their health, while focusing on lifestyle management. She will provide the tools you need to reach your goals by advocating for your wellness and give you the opportunity to enjoy the things you love in life.

Referrals
Referrals from your family physician can be faxed to 204-615-9009 and patients will then be notified of their appointment date and time.
If you are not a current patient of Dr. Patenaude’s and would like to see her for a medical issue with your skin, joints, hair or autoimmune disease (lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, scleroderma etc) please have your family doctor or a walk-in clinic doctor refer you to see her.
Referrals will be accepted by fax, at 204-615-9009. A patient coordinator at our office will call you to schedule your initial consultation appointment.
