Under Policy 51 of Health Canada and the regulations set forth by the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba, you are obligated to submit this form before requesting your first official order.

If the pharmacy and/or patient agrees to the quoted price and you wish to proceed with an order, kindly return this form signed for a one-time purchase. For future orders, please use our standard order form for regular transactions.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
At RX PHARMACY & COMPOUNDED PRODUCTS INC., we prioritize convenience and accessibility
in ensuring your pharmaceutical needs are met seamlessly. We are pleased to offer complimentary
delivery services within the city limits, exemplifying our commitment to exceptional customer service.
Please note that the cutoff time for same-day deliveries is 12:00 PM. However, it’s essential to
acknowledge that this cutoff time may be subject to variation depending on the volume of pending orders
at any given time and availability of medications.
Our dedicated driver embarks from our facility no later than 2:00 PM. Should you require deliveries to be
made before a specific time, we kindly request that you notify us in advance to facilitate the necessary
arrangements with our driver for a seamless delivery experience.
However, we would like to bring to your attention a few exceptions to this policy, particularly regarding
diclofenac orders. To streamline our delivery operations and maintain efficiency, diclofenac orders are
subject to a minimum quantity requirement of 5 units.
For deliveries outside the city limits, a nominal fee of $20 will be applied or depending on the distance as
decided by the delivery company. Additionally, should you require express delivery services, the driver
adds an additional fee depending on the distance to expedite the process to meet your urgent
requirements.
