East St Paul Medical Center has been approved as a Covid-19 vaccination site.
We will be seeing patients in order of eligibility per Manitoba government regulations.
Priority 1 – Individuals with the following chronic health conditions:
- End stage renal disease undergoing hemodialysis OR peritoneal dialysis
- Cirrhosis due to any cause OR portal hypertension
- Heart failure (class III/IV), ventricular assist device OR adult congenital heart disease stage C and D
- Severe COPD, pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary fibrosis, interstitial lung disease OR cystic fibrosis
- History of cerebral vascular accident with residual deficits
- Malignant hematologic disorders including leukemia and lymphoma OR clonal blood disorder
- Malignant neoplasms (solid tissue) who will receive or are currently receiving immunosuppressive therapy including chemotherapy
- Severe Morbid obesity (BMI ≥ 40)
- Receiving high risk immunosuppressing therapy*
- Solid organ or hematopoietic stem cell transplant (candidate or recipient)
- Trisomy 21 (Down’s syndrome)
- Asplenia or hyposplenism (including sickle cell disease)
- Individuals receiving home care ≥ 4 times/week OR receive 24/7 support from Community Living Disability Services.
- Pregnant individuals with one of: aged ≥ 35 years, BMI ≥ 30, pre-existing diabetes, pre-existing hypertension, cardiac or pulmonary disease.

You will be required to print the Covid-19 vaccination consent form prior to your appointment. Please bring your filled out consent form with your Manitoba Health Card to your appointment. Note that a second consent form must be filled out if you have an Autoimmune disease, if your immune system is suppressed due to disease or treatment or you are breastfeeding, pregnant or wanting to become pregnant within the next year.

East St. Paul Medical Center will be running all of our appointments via our new Telemedicine portal from the comfort of your home. Kindly call our office to schedule your appointment 204-615-9000 or fill out the form below requesting an appointment.
You will be able to schedule your appointment via phone or telemedicine. We are happy to offer either option.
Should the physician screen you and decide you need to be seen in office, we will accommodate this and guide you accordingly at the time of your telemedicine consult.
For our telemedicine portal, you simply click on the link below for the respective physician you are scheduled to see around the time of your appointment. You then enter your name and you will be placed into the virtual waiting room and await our team and physician to start the appointment. It’s that easy!
We will also be sending text message and email reminders with the link attached for you to simply click on as well. If you lose this email or text message you can click on the appropriate link below around the time of your appointment to be placed into the virtual waiting room.

If you are not a current patient of Dr. Patenaude’s and would like to see her for a medical issue with your skin, joints, hair or autoimmune disease (lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, scleroderma etc) please have your family doctor or a walk-in clinic doctor refer you to see her. Referrals will be accepted by fax, at 204-615-9009. A patient coordinator at our office will call you to schedule your initial consultation appointment.
