I have always been pleased with my service with Dr Patenaude. I have found her to always be within 15 minutes of my scheduled appointment time and she really does explain things well. I wanted a filler at one point and she even talked me out of it, insisting that I didn’t need it yet. I’m glad she did, because she was right. I’m not sure what people are complaining about. I’ve had great experiences there with the staff and Dr. Patenaude. She takes her time with each patient and is thorough and I am understanding to the fact she may not be always on time as I know the care she puts forth and doesn’t rush through patients. So if I have to wait to see her after having a specific appointment time that’s the price I pay knowing she has my back and those of her patients. If you are lucky enough to get her as a doctor then there will be times she can’t see you “on time.
